- Free initial one hour consultation
- One to two hour consultation 2-3 weeks prior to wedding
- Unlimited contact via phone and email
- Vendor referrals, contract facilitation and negotiation (florist, caterer,
photographer, reception entertainment, sites, etc.) - Create personal wedding checklist
- Create time line of Day of Event
- Be by your side for all vendor meetings
- Budget Analysis
- Wedding design consultation
- Assist in any bridal shower needs
- Locate accommodations for your out
- Make any hair/makeup appointments for bridal party
- Oversee vendors to assure that all wedding day commitments are
- Oversee the set up of the ceremony and the
- Organize, coordinate and direct the bridal party for rehearsal,
ceremony and reception. (Up to 2 hours for rehearsal and up to 8-10
